Koniflex TLR (from 1955) on Kodak Porta 800 film
The first shot is my son on the subway and the second an accidental double (triple?) exposure of my daughter.
Something going on with the winding mechanism on occassion (or it might just be me) but I like the "accidents"

Steve
I tend to use it with films with a wide exposure latitude so I don't have to measure the light every shot. I have some very nice images taken with Kodak BW400CN and the FED. I really wish they would bring that film back as I really liked it with older cameras (i.e., ones with dodgy shutter speeds and no metering!). I have a few expired rolls but it doesn't seem to age well.

Speaking of latitude, there's little to be found here... which is part of the fun of it.

Those don't look like GTOs to me, Colton.

How are you liking the P30? It appears I might be getting some after New Year's.

I love the stuff but it is EXTREMELY contrasty. I take it out on sunny days just to see what it'll do. And what it'll do is bury blacks and cook whites in a heartbeat. But damn if it doesn't do it in style. On even-light, really gray days it can be spectacular.

Like so...

This was two frames from the MX, on one of the dreariest days imaginable (as the Olympic coast is prone to) pano-stitched with ICE. I've got this one printed and wood-mounted on the wall.

edit: I've also found it behaves itself a bit more with XTOL than with any other developer I've tried. (Or rather the few labs I use these days have tried, as it were.)

It did a good jog with Kalaloch Creek. I am impressed.

Yep. Back when I had some, I held out on using it until sunny days due to it being a lower speed film. That turned out to mostly be a mistake.

Exactly. That's how I came to know it too.
(But that shot is awesome)
