The Medalists are very interesting beasts. If it wasn't for the 620 film PIA factor, I would like to try one out. (I already have two 620 cameras which never see the light of day simply because it's just not worth the effort!)

This one's not in the best cosmetic condition, which got the price down. It's also clear someone did some work on it in the past, as they accidentally reversed the distance scale when they put it back. The split image is spot on though, so I can't really complain.

Final Days of 2020

Experiencing some "cabin fever", my wife and I walked along the beach one even at the end of December.
Pentax MZ-S, Pentax smc P-FA 28-70mm f/4 AL, Kodak Color Plus 200, f/13 1/125 ISO 200
The rocks seen in the water are not really rocks, rather hardened tar. This is Tar Pits Park in Carpinteria, California
And yes, those are oil platforms in the background,
