Another from April 2015... same camera, different film...

If you're wondering about why I keep sharing older photos, I can't shoot new photos anymore so I have been going through my archives and looking for photos I forgot about or didn't have the skills to color balance properly.
This particular photo, I tried 3 or 4 times back in 2015 to get the colors right and I wasn't happy with any of them. This morning I pulled up the original unedited scan, and I think I got it right.

I'm enjoying these, but if I may ask, how come you can't shoot any new photos? Too busy these days?

I have been living with ALS since sometime before 2008. Every year since I have losing strength and motor skills. For many years I shot photos from my powerchair. Most of my photos were taken from my powerchair. By early 2020 though, I had become so weak that just getting in my powerchair and going out became too difficult for me, and since then I haven't shot any film whatsoever. Although I recently acquired a really nice Zeiss Contax IIIa and I forced myself to go out around the neighborhood and shoot half a roll in it. Took me a week to recover, but I might have a few new shots to share here.

He's unable to hold cameras as his health has declined.

All of them have beauty in them but the first one is my favorite. All of the shadows created by the pilars and then seeing her shadow almost hidden by the pillar.

Second one is breathtaking, but then, I love landscapes.

Out of interest, what was your process to get the colours right this time? I’ve seen the tutorial you wrote for Emulsive a while back - is your colour neg workflow the same today?

To my eye the colour balance here looks spot on.
