In another slightly off-topic spin ... I just got 5 rolls of Portra 400VC delivered and I'm about to load up the PZ-1. Kodak MAX400 is the most "exotic" I've done with color film. Any tips for the uninitiated? Photo requests?

It is a hamster cage a friend of mine made. he literally cut a block in half and spent about a year making the thing. That picture is only half the cage.

My lovely wife. This is probably my favorite picture of her. You could cut yourself on the brim of her hat in this picture. Couldn't believe how sharp this film is.

Saw an inexpensive, but well cared for, K1000 package on the local garage sale website, so I thought I'd give it a whirl. Took the almost 30 year old body and kit lens out this aft and shot my first roll of film in nearly a decade. Quite the anticipation - let me tell you - waiting for it to be developed!

All shots Pentax K1000, kit lens M50 F2, Life brand ISO 200 film. No post processing, just a web friendly resize in PSE.
