Whatever the reason, the effect seems to work!

Here's some photos taken lately with my DA35 macro ltd on Super Program.
Film is some cheap 400ISO fuji superia, I was quite pleasently surprised by the colours to be honest

Javier, do you have a calibrated monitor? These images look more retro than the colors being funky. The pink in the sky in the second image could also be from air pollution. It is amazing what a calibrated monitor can make just in viewing images.

Thanks Ray. Yes, my monitor is calibrated. I actually like the images and the colors. My only gripes is they seem washed out to me, but I like em.

I love those! Dirty and gritty yet pretty sharp and a great balance between the cool and warm color tones that gives a nice sense of depth. I wouldn't hesitate to buy some of that film, it may be a bit funky but the results are great!

the things we do for film. I snipped the edges off a 120 roll, in order to stuff it into a Kodak Duaflex II (takes 620 film) twin lens... focus free, single speed + bulb, but Twin Lens, box camera.

It was very tight, hard to advance the film, I got blisters on my fingers, till I started to carry my felt-jawed pliers with me.

With Delta 100, this was one of two photos that came out the most ... photo like?

It's genuine envy

I would have been very happy with them if those shots had rolled out of one of my cameras.

Hope you still have some of that film left. I would love to see some more shots with it. The gritty look and colors really suit your street shooting subject matter and style. I prefer it to that other cheap color film you are using.
