I don't know if there have been any
ISO 3200 films, as opposed to EI 3200, but I'd think for a film to be that sensitive, it'd need grain the size of dinner plates.
The important thing is to try it. You're in the US, film's cheap as hell over there (Tri-X is, what, four bucks a roll?)
Film's entirely subjective. But pushing's handy, and cheaper. A roll of Tri-X here is about $9, but TMZ or Delta 3200 is about $16.*
(Granted, the prices probably work out the same across the Pacific, but it's the psychology that gets me. The Big Mac Index.)
