A Day with Kodak Gold 100

The photos below had a fair dose of saturation and a small contrast boost to get them near to what I actually saw.
Kodak Gold 100 is inaccurate with greens. 4/18 in Lynn Canyon Park turned out ok, the rest were not really post worthy.
The other 6 photos were of family, which looked pretty good color tone-wise.

When I get the chance I'm going to try the same area with Fuji 400 X-tra. The Fuji 400 so far is my favorite in the 'consumer' line.

Thanks for posting those. I'd love to see a comparison of Gold 100 and new Ektar film...

personally i like low saturation.

this seems pretty good, only you dont have any photos that can showcase sharpness..

what were you scanning with?

It's a Espon 2450 Photo, a 5 year old flatbed with negative tray. I scanned at 2400dpi (maximum hardware) at 30% (900x600 approx.) and 48bit color. I saved as *.tif and tweaked the saturation and USM 0.7 at 100%. It had dull colors before the PP, nothing like the rich greens around here.

Thanks Jonson for the comments. It might be a while as the weather doesn't look all that great for the next few days.
