It is a Pentax, but not a Spotmatic. Ms. Monroe died in 1962, two years before the Spotmatic was released. Pentax K is a good guess.

Maybe try Mark Hansen. His main interest is in Zeiss folders and Rollleiflexen, but his site says he works on other German leaf-shutter rangefinders, and mentions that he even services inexpensive consumer ones, which I suspect this Akarelle may have been in its time. Anyway, it can't hurt to ask him. He did a pretty good shutter tear-down for me on a pre-war Voigtlander folder, a few years ago. He is somewhat near to you, although on the other side of the line in U.S. (I'm not sure if that gets you a lot of customs hassles and shipping delays.)

Thanks for the link Dave, I have emailed Mark to see if he will work on it.

this photo has already been discussed here more than once. the consensus is that its a 1958 Pentax K and Takumar 83mm 1.9

The way I carry lenses, there's usually more than one per compartment (Dirichlet's box principle). I'd rather have two rubber grip lenses in the same compartment than metal grip. Metal-on-metal contact results in paint loss, bending and denting. I agree that metal focusing rings look better, but my point is that they're far more difficult to keep in good condition.
That's a very good point, but all of my camera bags are configured for separate compartments, or if two lenses share one, they are end-to-end, not side by side, and so don't scratch. That, and for at least my 28 and 135 Taks, I have the leather cases to protect them.

ME super found the original lens

Well, I know that probably most users will think "yeah, so what?" looking at this camera, but I am happy about it, and this is what count the most.
I just got a Pentax-M 50-1.7, nothing special I perfectly know, but virtually impossible to find on this side of the world dominated by former CCCP cameras.
Won in eBay UK for £18, and I won that day also a "selection of filters" (title) - "uploaded via iPad" (description) at a whopping amount of £0.99: all the colours (red, orange, green, blue 80a and 82a, and 2 UV filters), a cokin attachment and a faded cokin filter.

Also, in my opinion it performs quite well. This is the only shot I took with it, it was the last frame of the roll, what do you think?

(Superia 200, f/2.2, 1/2000 sec.)

Hey, ElStellino, that's a good find if they're hard to find where you are. It's a good lens. Maybe no big deal, but it's a big deal if you don't have one. Congrats.
