That is the reason I like the FA-2 as well, I think it looks better, but don't like that it is missing the f stop read out. I always wondered if I should have went the f3 route instead of the lx, but since I was given an MX and a winder the choice was made for me as I had a lense already.
The three kings were introduced within months of each other - Nikon F3, Pentax LX & Canon New F-1. There is no doubt you made the right decision . . .

Among those choices you couldn't make a bad one!

Pentax 67
67 55mm f4 late

Nice collection! I recently added a 6x7 and have been enjoying it. However, at first I had a terrible time focusing: just couldn't tell when it was in focus. Then I removed the eyepiece and realized there was a diopter lens installed. Removed it and it has been wonderful since!

I hate it when people post photos of 6x7 gear, or photos taken with 6x7 gear. I'd love to get one but the expense for a good condition one is just too much.

I want a 6x7 just for the nice looks of the body. About the time I bought my second LX, I had a chance for a complete newer 645 setup about the same money as the LX, I walked away. After using the LX I think I made the right choice and now that I have most of the accessories minus a few that are out of my price range, hahaha.

That is a nice looking setup and loves the lenes. What kind of grip is that? Kind of looks like a motor drive, but thinner than the ones I have.

Ah, that grip is the mechanical aluminum third party one from Korea. I bought it via Ebay. It helps the Mx having better handling while till able to maintain the compactness for the little beauty Mx!

I noticed that I couldn't find my LX manual and so I ordered one from Fleabay and one from keh and then I found it. I spent 25 total and something I already had... But on a better note my NIB LX motor drive showed up, now I need to find someone with a spare LX battery pack working or not or a battery grip m.... My manual had the red on it.
