New here: have a ME (bought new on first release) and a charity shop MX, which works fine, with a small collection of M lenses (50mm M f/1.7 of course, 28mm Vivitar f/2.8, 135mm M f/3.5, plus a Tamron-F 85-210 zoom, and a Tamron Adaptall 28-50 zoom that I don't like much, but keep as it has an A setting). GAS lust is for a MZ-S, but they're a bit pricy for me!

Fairly new to this part of the forum. Only film Pentax is a 645N and a few lenses. Will be swapping the 45mm for a 35mm soon.

This is my most recent acquisition, from a member. My first "A" camera. I only have this one A lens - - I think the first lens I ever bought on eBay - though it occurs to me I should try my FA's as MF lenses.

The H1a (left) and SV (right) are the two cameras I actually enjoy simply using and of all the cameras and lenses I have this entire kit cost me the least money - less than $100. The CLA's cost more than the actual hardware. When I take one of these somewhere around people I get some funny looks and an occasional question - and once in a while a conversation. Handheld Sekonic Micro-Leader and L398 meters add to the fun.
Looks good Paul!

That Super Program sure looks familiar

Try your FA glass! I have the FA35mm f/2, and it works beautifully on MF cameras. The FA primes seem to have a really good manual focus feel. The FA zooms on the other hand...

The two screwmounts look sweet I have a Spotmatic with Eric right now.

I know - I've often threatened myself with keeping only the FA50/1.4 and the FA35/2 - but then I go back on it.

I have used both of them MF on my K-01. the 35 is pretty good - the 50, not so much.

Yep I know...but the bracket is not that easy to acquier for a fair price
But I'm not in a hurry...someday I find one for a normal price :-)

On the other hand...the 67 has a rather low flashsyncspeed, so it's not that important for me to have that bracket

My new addition to my burgeoning collection. It's in such good condition it looks like it was rarely used. If this camera has a
fault it's that it came with a case and a 50mm 1:2, I'm starting to get way too many of them. Its time to sell some!

Score - h1a!

I was browsing the Bay (I know, dangerous thing to do...), and came across a H1A in very nice condition at a LOW price. I communicated with the seller and he assured me it fires accurately and works well at all shutter speeds. It's cosmetically very nice. For $20 + $10 shipping, I couldn't pass it up! Here is the listing:

Honeywell Pentax Asahi H1A 35mm SLR Camera Body w M42 Mount | eBay

When he packed it to ship, he said he found the leather case for it, and is throwing that in as well - wow!

When I receive it, and if it is indeed in good working order, I'll post pictures of it, and taken by it.

Isn't that a very heavy piece to put on an SLR? I'd love to have one myself, but I wouldn't know how to hold the camera steady with that log attached on the side, so I'm afraid it would only serve as some kind of trophy. I have the AF280T, and I feel that even that flash affects the balance of the camera negatively, so what would a 400 do to it? (IMHO the position of the hotshoe on the SF and Z/PZ series is the ideal when it comes to keeping the balance of the system with a flash attached)

The 400T was typically attached to a bracket that was connected at the tripod mount. Using that method the entire rig was quite stable with a two-hand hold.
