Which blatant unlicensed copies are you referring to?

We should also note that Pentax chose to license the use of the Pentax mount to make it a "universal" mount as opposed to blatant unlicensed copies as done previously.

[x-posted with the gear-p@rn thread]

I bought a K2DMD "for spares or repair" then sent it to Eric to wave his magic wand over. Last week I was reunited with it when I was visiting a friend in Ohio. I took a quick snap on the table of my hotel room along with some K series lenses to keep the body company!

K series equipment par Kris Lockyear, on ipernity

The lenses are (left to right): 17/4 Fisheye, 50/1.2, 28/3.5 shift, 50/1.4 (on the camera), 135/2.5, 85/1.8 and 30/2.8, all K-series, of course!

Best wishes, Kris.

The Leica Shop in Austria is selling this Black ES II Motor Drive kit for €1,200.00.

Also a SP Motor Drive for €1,800.00!!

Never seen ones like this before, pretty impressive!

I saw the ESII one but it is a little out of my price range! Lovely looking outfits though. K.

Mine is a MZ5n with a Sigma 28-200mm lens. And my fave film (Alas no more) was AGFA Ultra 50 - the punchiest Colour Film I've ever encountered.

Here is my primary m42 system.

Camera Honeywell ES II with ES leather case.

Lenses to left of camera wide angle to right telephoto.

All Lenses Super Multi Coated Takumar.

Starting at left front to left rear.
20mm f4.5
24mm f3.5
28mm f3.5
35mm f3.5

On Camera 50mm f1.4

In front of camera 50mm f4.0 macro

to right of camera (left to right)

100 mm f4.0 macro
105 mm f2.8
135 mm f3.5
150 mm f4.0
200 mm f4.0
85 - 210 f4.5 zoom with Pentax close up adapter
300 mm f4.0
500 mm f4.5

The 20mm, 150mm, and 85-210 zoom are not real common lenses. The camera works great with auto exposure fully functional.

I have several non- Pentax m42 lenses including a Spiratone 35mm f1.8 and a Series One Vivitar 200mm f3.0.

Thanks Phil. Two of the lenses came home with me from Vietnam. The rest of the stuff I have picked up from Ebay over the years. The ES II was the most recent purchase - it replaced my Vietnam era Spotmatic II - which was flat worn out. Can't wait to be able to use those SMCT lenses on the full frame Digital later this year.
