I think I saw that but just a picture with no further details.
It was made by Nexus, some Taiwan maker of underwater gear.

I've still got my KX and an ME Super, with winder. Bought another (used) ME Super + 50mm lens about 15 years ago from an 'old' camera shop (now long gone) near to where I worked in London for £80 - gave to a friend who wanted to get into film photography. Also have compacts: Zoom 90 and 105 Super that got used a lot when out with my boys in their younger days - very useful for point and shoot when on the move.

My ME has some issues but the KX still works perfectly (bought a couple of rolls of Ilford HP5 Plus recently to use in it when I get the chance).

Like most of us, I suspect, I wouldn't part with them. I also have some other very old models: a Russian 'Kiev' (heavy for a small 35mm film camera) and 2x 120 cameras that I used in my v young days: a Brownie model C and a Microflex.

The ES I got a few months back, essentially for free (less than free in fact) after I sold off the lenses that came with it

I have:
- Spotmatic F
- Spotmatic ES
- ME Super
- MX
- Super A and Super program (I have about 3 Super A's - took me a while to find one that worked 100%)
- two LX's
- MZ-M
- 6x7

Sentimental fav is the ME super, since it was the camera I used as a kid, but I do like the LX. Its cheap and plastic feeling, but I MZ-M is a great little fun camera as well.

Mine are:

Spotmatic SP ( on its way to Eric for a CLA)
MX
LX (x2)

I have been using the MX since I sent away the Spotty. It is my favourite camera of all. The LXes are fantasticly smooth in operation but nothing beats the MX for size and weight. I run it without batteries so exposure is all Sunny 11.

Hi there!

I was initially getting film bodies with lenses to get more lenses for my dslr, but then there was something magical about the mechanical "cling!", about pulling the winder, so I started keeping them. Cameras I was buying were "untested", so it could always go either way - Yay! or Nay! :

Super A had a sticky shutter, P30T had a problem with winding and shooting, MZ50 had faulty gears, but few actually were perfect.

Currently I owe:
P50
Love the tiny form and a tiny LCD, sometimes paired with ME II Power Winder (better grip, but gosh the noise )

SFXn
When hunting for focus it sounds like it's about to die, but that was the '80s innovation - auto focus body, has a solid grip and I like the winder sound

*ist
Finally managed to hunt it down in a photography lot

Apparently I haven't 'introduced' any of my film Pentaxs since 2010, so here goes Attentive members will have already seen this one...

Asahi Pentax S and Takumar 35/f4

The rarest body and lens I've ever owned, by some margin...

I'm still missing the FA-1W which is the same as the FA-1 except with a wider diopter adjustment.
That is the one I use most of the time. I love the look of the FA-2 but the FA-1W is more practical for me.

My second MZ-S arrived this week. I was planning on putting all the best parts on one body and selling the other, but now I can't decide if I should keep both. Here they are with it's little sibling, the *ist.

Isn't a black S1 with the all-blac Auto-Takumar 55mm f2.2 in the brown case handsome?

Don't think I've ever posted to this thread. Here's my favorite Pentax, my SL just back from service by Eric:

I have a bunch of dead bodies but working and shot with are:

Pentax 645 original (This camera hooked me on medium format, cheap lenses if you can find them)
LX (My dream Pentax body)
Pentax ZX-5 (one of the best autofocus Pentax, if you can find one that doesn't have a mirror\shutter issue)
Super Program (very underated, its like a ME-super with a bunch of extra features)
ME-Super (the classic and the first Pentax film camera that I shot on)

After lurking here for quite a while, here is my first post. This is a brand new, never used, in box, complete with manual and paperwork LX and winder. I just got it last week. I also have 2 more LXs, a MX and 2 K1000s.
