Thanks! It was that little black shaped camera case in the corner of the garage that I caught out of the corner of my eye..... sure enough

Thanks

Both are in VERY good condition..... the lens is nearly spotless
Yes great pickup! Besides the K50/1.4 you also have a good film body, the split-mage screen on the K1000SE is its best feature.

Hopefully you will run a few rolls of film thought the K1000, so you can really appreciate the 50mm FL as it was originally designed for as a standard/normal lens. It would be a real shame if you didn’t!

Snapshot of my favorite camera, the Pentax K2. Just testing my "new" SMC 50mm 1.4 lens which of course makes a great pair with the K2.

Well the K1000 SE and K 50mm F/1.4 are no longer mine. They were in essence stolen from me.

That’s no good yeatzee, what a shame. I’d be ticked at your friend, you had a great combo there and we were looking forward in having you join the Pentax “film” club!

Hope you are able to come to an agreement, otherwise it’s “Judge Judy” time!

Thank you. I picked up the flash from ebay for next to nothing and it is working perfectly.

Maybe you could talk him into keeping the camera and letting you keep the lens. You'll find another K1000 as they're always around, and the lens will work on your MEs until you find another camera.

That is a major bummer of a story Yeatzee. Not very honorable on his part.

My two Pentax film camera's

A ZX-10 and a Spotmatic F

Picked up the Spotmatic used for a high school photography class, didn't really realize how nice a camera and lens it is until much later.

The ZX-10 was picked up new back in college.
I remember how much it hurt my wallet to get it, but it almost hurts more now looking at prices for one now on ebay ($20-40 if your lucky)

Included are the lenses I have two Sigma lenses 28-80mm and 70-210mm and a Soviet made 500mm.

a quick photo of my daily carry. Pentax SV & Auto-Takumar 35mm. I was testing the Asahi-Kogaku Takumar 3.5 50mm on my K-7, and I liked it, so I thought i’d share.
