It's pristine inside. I'll probably still send it to Eric for a CLA in the near future, but only after the newness wears off and I can bear to part with it for a couple of weeks. Ran a roll through it yesterday and loaded another one just now.

I have a chrome and a black MX but have never used the black one as it needs a good CLA. The chrome one gets a lot of use.

Oh, how I need such a great black MX! Lucky you! I've got chrome MX, but your black one makes me miss the black.

It's broken, which was disclosed in the auction. The only thing wrong with it, and not something I care about. I plan to ask about it when I send it in for CLA.....if it's an easy fix, do it, if not, no biggie.

Nice. My first MX was black, but someone crawled through my bathroom window a few years later, and it was gone. Now I have only the chrome. The good news was that my insurance company bought me an LX to replace the black MX. It seems the MX had just been discontinued.

Almost sold the Program Plus when I upgraded, but couldn't do it and decided to keep both

And answering - my secret about the lack of dust: this is because I cleaned the cameras (and the base) with good old Mr Proper mixed with a decent dose of heavy water bought on black market. The dust has no chance!

Kidding of course! Dont try to do it at home... The secret is so simple, that I'm ashamed that I came to this so late. Thus - before the session I thoroughly cleaned the cameras, and then during the session I blow to the 'scene' with a rubber bulb every minute, or so... This is why there is no dust or spesks, and they look like kept in dustproof box. These cameras were bought on ebay mostly and they do have abrasions, scratches, paint loss, etc - as every common used items. I am really glad to know, that they look like being new to you - because this was my work to clean them and make them shine and glitter.

And it was my work to light them up and take a picture.

You know - the heavy water often add sharpness to the reflection.
