Here's my ME Super with it's new 135mm SMC lens.

It'll get taken to pieces next week, let's hope I manage to get it back together...

The kx is my favorite pentax. Yours looks pretty spectacular joined to that 15, womble. Gotta say the lx is easily my second favorite. I owned one years years ago, and loved it for the brief time had it (it was inventory). I'd love to own another. Just wish they weren't so crazy expensive these days.

Thanks all. I'm afraid the cheapness of film bodies has led me to amass a bit of a collection, especially of the M series.

@cooltouch, as much as I like my KX, my LX is my most used film camera and the last one I'd ever get rid of. I have all the viewfinders bar one (the FD-2), power winder, motordrive, data back... Such a flexible piece of equipment.

Best wishes, Kris.

Goodwill Find

I got this little trollop from Goodwill, put in a fresh battery and promptly consumed a roll Tmax 3200 I found in the box the camera was shipped i, exp 2003, tweaked in Photo Pro x3. The film had been in a hot garage all summer when I found it. Exposed @ asa 800. Kind of grainy, but not unexpected..Cliff

Recent Purchase ME/SE. I added my 1.4 50mm I've owned since 1981.

Hey Cliff, after looking at that B&W photo of yours, I figured it could be tweaked a bit more. So I did. Hope you don't mind. I just bumped up the contrast a bit using a "curves" function and added a touch of high-pass sharpening. I'm kinda used to dealing with long-expired B&W film. I still have several rolls of 28-year-old Plus-X in my freezer that I'm slowly working through.

Michael, thanks for looking. Your tweak is an improvement, Thanks. Like I said the film was found after being left in a desert garage all summer with the temps of over 100 f regularly on top of being expired in 2003. Cliff

I've posted quite a few of my film bodies in this thread but here are a few more. It's interesting to see the variations for Honeywell, Heiland and AOCO shown on the different models.

I have most of them photographed but when I have time (one day), would like to put together a number of group shots...

1959 H2 in Silver and Black

1960 H3 in Black

1961 H1 in Silver

1962 S1a in Black

1973 SPF in Black and Silver

1976 K2DMD
