Ackk!

I had heard that the Mir 20mm was big glass, but I hardly thought that it was that big. Wow...

My first Pentax SLR. Was lured to switch from Minolta to Pentax by the 40mm 2.8 Pancake. Now that I'm here I love it! Now I have an ME, ME Super, Spotmatic and Ricoh KR-5 Super on the way to me, along with a SMC 100mm 2.8

I haven't posted new pics of the kids lately... and realize I'm behind with some of the latest additions.

Nesster that is one sweet set of lenses! Pure perfection!

... not that the 645 is bad either.

I'm psyched - yesterday somehow nobody else bid on a black Spotmatic with snake skin leather. My first black Spottie, and I'm hoping my first fully functional 'real' spottie since my daughter stole the SP1000.

Tell you what Jussi, my pick for a screwmount body would be a black spottie! I was looking them up a while ago and I think they look awesome. My 3 current film bodies are all silver/chrome anyway

Saying that, I promise I wont try and find + bid on your auction, and wish you luck with it My mind is still on finishing off a set of primes at this moment - which I can barely afford...

I was watching that one Nesster. I was on the fence about the snake skin.

LOL, I was also - so I put in what I thought was a lowball bid. I need a mechanical shutter M42 body for the winter anyhow, as I gave away my good Fuji ST605 to a friend of my daughter's. The replacement $3 ST605n works except it is missing the rewind release button. I tried it without film, and I thought I was able to release the film by pushing in with a screwdriver/pen sort of thing. But when it came to reality: I have an exposed roll sitting on the take up spool

Cool, sounds like a nice cheap price.
I'm unsure about the snakeskin too, but I'm sure you could always change it or clean it up in some way.

cheers,
