Camera Review
As far as I am concerned, this is the best camera there is, though that's just all the years of shooting nothing else talking... One thought to add to everything said already:

With an SMCP-M f2.8/40mm lens, if focussing and exposure is not a problem, this is the best possible point-and-shoot camera. Put it in your pocket, or hold it in one hand, go about, click away!

Camera Review
I've still got my two originals, bought in the late 1970's. Previously owned a Spotmatic 2.

I used them continually, as a semi pro, throughout late '70's to early '90's. Didn't get them serviced but never once let me down. Change of job / circumstances and lack of interest meant they haven't hardly been used since. Still work perfectly although the light meter seems to be permanent on or stuck on one of them.

One black with centre focus screen (same as Spotmatic) the other silver with split screen focussing. Also a winder, 20mm F4, 28mm F2.8, 50mm F1.4 and 100mm F2.8.

Great stuff. All of it
