Yes, you can get Kodak ISO 400 110 film very easily. You have to cut away a bit of the plastic to tell the camera that this is "high-ISO" film, though: File:110film.jpg - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Kodak will also develop it — my local camera store wouldn't take it, but CVS pharmacy's photo department will send it in for you.

Define "worth". It's a really fun little camera with great lenses.

The Pentax 110 camera is arguably the pinnacle of 110 development. Walgreens here even carries 110 as a store brand film, so it's still fairly available...

You can find it for cheaper than that.

The Walmart near my house has 110 film for $2.00 I don't know if they can actually develop in store though.

All the WalFarts here quit carrying it about 2 months ago.

As far as developing goes, I either send it to Dewaynes in Kansas or Blue Moon in Oregon. Blue Moon also sells the Italian ISO 200 film. The Frugal Photographer also sells 110 film. It is also possible to load 16mm film into the old cassettes but that is another thread.

I saw one on Ebay that ended for about $25 but it didn't have the winder. Had the 50mm lens though.
