Blue, congrats on the beautiful K. Man, isn't there something about holding one of these early Pentax cameras? Even if I'm not actually shooting, sometimes I pick up my AP just to hold it and look through the viewfinder. (Yeah I know that's weird)

May I recommend to you a Sekonic L308S FLASHMATE? Awesome modern meter that will double as a flash meter, incident, and reflected meter.

You are not the only one that does that. I do it with the H3, SV, and Spot F as well. I must admit that K has a very cool focusing screen.

Thanks Woof. I have been pondering a meter for a year now and keep putting it off. I have 3 vintage meters but one of them works only goes to 1/500 and while they are cool in a bling sort of way, I find them a PITA to work with in serious situations. We keep getting these deluges here in the afternoons when I have opportunity to do some serious shooting. I'm not taking this K out in the rain or leaving it in the Jeep.
