Just won a KX off ebay =) what should i do till i get it?

I was watching this camera too in my list,
but not enough money to bid. =/
However i'm planing to get a KM instead ..=P

I used to think I wanted a KX, but as I got looking at the manuals I realized the KM was closer to the Spotmatic I've had for 40 years. I now have a SPII and SP F besides and they all have the same needle on the side. This is the kind of meter the KM has. If you've used the screw mount cameras you will be right at home with the KM.

Hi Vern,

I've got a SP and SP2 (The lightmeter is not wokring as the bronze plate has broken)...
I thought of getting one of the K or M series to shoot my sister's coming wedding in December. I saw an LX on ebay but currently is out of my budget... =/

I currently have 28mm, 50 mm and 135mm m42 lens... just looking for another K mount camera body =P any suggestion?

There is a misconception that the KM is a stripped down K-series body but it isn't. It has a mixture of features from the series.
