LX diopter question

Hello, I registered to get some advise.

For the LX viewfinders FA-1 and FA-2: besides the screwdriver possibility, are there additional ways to change to, lets say, +2.5 or +3 ?

Thanks a lot, Hilo

You could put a diopter directly onto the eyepiece if you could find one that fits.
The FE-1 finder has a much longer range, but isn't a pentaprism type. The finders you are quoting have a fairly short diopter range; -1.5~0.

You have 2 options. One is to get a Eyecup MII and use the P67 diopters. Attach the MII to the eyepiece and the diopter to the MII. Works but the MII is very easy to loose (I lost it the day I bought it!).

The other option is to use a diopter lens M. They come in various diopters and I guess they would just add to the already dialed setting on the finder. Both products are still in production so its down to whichever suits you.

According to the Dimitrov website the The FB-1/FD-1 magni-finder adjusts to +3.5
The FF-1 waist level or FB-1/FC-1 action finder could be easily used with eyeglasses.
