I have one that fits the K series bodies and it has a built-in diopter. It’s actually called a “refconverter” and there are four different models for the various camera series bodies.
Great little gadget and yes they cost a bit.

I saw this and wondered what it was for (and yes, I noticed the angel reference too!). Still, I'm not entirely sure it would be worth a pop at $120.
