Light sealings for Pentax ME super

Hi, through this forum I have got a link to an article by Mr John Goodman how to replace worn out light sealings on a ME super. Fine, I'll try. But I need to find a supply for the right sealing material. Does anybody have an address or a link to Mr Goodman or anybody else that sells the right fabric?

Thanks in advance.

If you don't mind the distance, can try Aki-Asahi.

I have re-sealed at least one ME SUper and a K1000 with Goodman's kits. It isn't difficult -- just a little time consuming.

Good luck!

Jon is a good man (pun intended) and his kits are second to none. He puts a lot of attention to detail and the materials are first rate. It is well worth working with him.

Unfortunately Jon has downsized his kits.
Seems some smart-a*******es decided to buy stuff from him and make proft by selling smaller kits.

I have been a customes since 2001; and one of his basic kits was good for 5-8 cameras. Now he sells kits for one and change.

Wow Jon's kits are plug and seal, very nice...thanks for that link.

@titrisol, i know what you're saying when i'm looking for lenses with m42 mounts some are asking way too much granted some are rare but the common ones there is such a huge asking price discrepancy.

This is also why he stopped putting all of his instructions online for public view -- someone was using his instructions for their own kit sales or even the reselling of his kits.
