Good Camera for Lensbaby?

Hello all,

I have just ordered a Lensbaby Muse and plan to use it, predominately, with my K-7. However, I am in the market for a good film SLR to use the lens with as well.

I currently have a Nikon FG that I love, but will probably sell (or keep, it's an elegant camera). I also have a few older Pentax lenses (both AF and MF) that I use with my K-7, and would like compatibility with those.

I would like to spend as little as possible. Any pointers?

Thanks!

Any pentax camera will suit you since the lensbaby has no controls
BUT I think a P30 or P3 can be had for next to nothign and will work just fine with old and new lenses.

I bought a Lensbaby 1.0 way back, in K mount, and it works well with the Zx-10 and Program Plus. These cameras meter better with it than the K100D. Of course Mike Cash bought his in screw mount, which is what I wish I'd done

I wouldn't have thought to pick up a screw mount model (if I were looking for a Lensbaby) but that's a great idea if you are intending to use it on several camera mounts.

By the time I saw the free cameras, they were gone. Thanks anyway!

Unfortunately no Lensbaby screwmounts any more... and they don't seem to be plentiful used either.
