Rare camera body? Pentax Program A Plus

According to the K-mount page (which should contain every Pentax K-mount body ever made,) there is the Program A, and the Program PLUS, depending on the market. Here in Europe, the camera is called the Program A. However, checking out some "for sale" ads, I came across this beast:

As you can see, this is clearly a "Program A Plus." This picture shows the manual, also clearly with a "Plus" on it. This camera should not exist, according to the K-mount page and all other reliable sources I can find. Via Google I have found at least four or five people claiming to own one, with two photos, so there are some out there. So: what's up with this camera? Anyone ever seen one before? What's the difference compared to a normal "Program A"?

EDIT: Just noticed that the manual seems to be in Finnish, and the large picture above is also from a Finnish website. So is this a special Finnish edition of some kind?

The plus looks like a sticker that someone applied above the self-timer light. Maybe they thought it would be cool to do after adding the motor drive.

do you have any links to other photos that you said you have found? I am intrigued, but I couldn't find any info. even the asahi optical historical club doesn't list such a model.

And yes, I do have a P-touch...

Did you ever resolve the K500?

You're aware this has been done, right? And by making them twice as common as they are, you would be making mine only half as valuable.

Well, perhaps it was an admirable desire for better grades.

It does look like a sticker (probably one of those heavy-duty plastic-type stickers,) but the camera manual has "Plus" printed on it as well, and I have found pictures of several separate individual cameras that have the "Plus" sticker in the same place, so with certainty this is an official thing.

There is this, if you missed it.

Also:

Plenty more photos here. Also here, but that's the same camera that's in the OP. All of these are on Finnish domains (except the one with the manual, which does have a Finnish manual, though) so this could very well be something the Finnish Pentax importer dreamed up. Wonder what it means, though?

Program A Plus

Does this camera have any features to differentiate it from the Program A?

From the pcitures I can not see any difference with the ProgramA
So maybe it was just the badgeing for Finland/Scandinavia

I was wondering if maybe it was a promotional bundle of camera/lens/flash/case or some such...
