This is by far the most expensive lens I've seen on ebay.

Or more specifically, the lens is expensive at ~$1500 but the shipping will really eat you up at $261,930.14.

You missed a decimal point - shipping price is 999,999.00 GBP, which would be over $2.6 Million, not $261,930.14.

See - not such a deal after all.

Oh. That's the converted price that ebay tells me. Maybe their math doesn't handle the rounding well.
