Just saw this on 42nd St Photo. http://www.42photo.com/pd-productid-105548-k-pentax_k5_163_megapixel_digital_camera_body.htm
Has anyone dealt with them recently? Seems like about as good as the price is probably going to get, but I seem to remember these guys having not the best reputation years ago. Am I remembering that wrong, or maybe they've changed their tune, or (as I suspect) should I just wait until B&H goes that low sometime down the road (fingers crossed)?

Hi UpNorth. This company has a bad rating with Better Business Bureau, so you might want to take that into consideration:

42 Photo Review - PHOTOGRAPHIC EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES-RETAIL in New York, NY - BBB Business Review - BBB serving Metropolitan New York, Long Island, and the Mid-Hudson Region

BBB gave it an F, mainly because they don't know much about the company, but also because the company did not respond to 2 consumer complaints, which to me seems unacceptable. I just got the K5 this week off Amazon - there are a couple of sellers selling for $1049 or $1059. I figure if you go through Amazon, you're backed by Amazon's return policy.

I'd be a little concerned. Yelp seems to indicate a fair number of complaints, poor service, high pressure up selling...
