I bough one from KEH in Exc+ condition if I recall correctly for $200 a few years ago. Might've been $250, not sure.

Prices go up & down. The highest I remember was USD500 when people had Pentax fever. Used Pentax markets seem to cool down a little lately. Still, there are very few lenses that can take advantage of this high quality TC. Such a shame.

I got one for half this price not long ago. I saw one sell for $475.00 and I thought that was a lot.
