They will probably hard sell you on an overpriced battery and/or SD card. All of the accessories they are selling are chinese knockoffs that they are charging many times more for than you can get them elsewhere. They will probably also hard sell you on an extended warranty that they charge 10 times more for than Adorama.

I don´t think that´s the case. On the contrary there is a package of those things included!

They will hard sell you on an upgrade. Especially on a second battery. The SD card included is a 4GB, they will try to sell you an 8 or 16. They will push the extended warranty very hard. B&H and Adorama sell a 2 year extended warranty for $20, Fumfie are trying to sell it for $150. It is simply how most of the NYC camera shops operate.

A K5 at 850$ still looks like a good price (?)—regardsless of 20-150$ extras— I think.

I would trust Amazon Warehouse Deals at $770 way more than these guys. They had a few at $770 two weeks ago and at $850 last week. Combined with a used camera warranty it makes it a pretty good deal.

I ordered my K-20 through them, what a great price at that time. I had to cancel my order as they were not able to fill it. I went to Madison Camera Company and bought it off the shelf, I could not wait any longer.
