Not a refurbished one but you can easily find a barely used K-x for les than $300 here at PF Marketplace.

You will never get one year warranty with refurbs unless you buy extra warranty. The typical warranty for refurbs is 90 days.

Then again, most sellers on PF have 3-7 days return policy, more than what it's needed to test the camera. Of course, none of these is better than what is provided by the refurbs. I'm just saying buying on PF is fairly safe and you will get a better camera for the same invested amount.

I was surprised too. Some prefer the rendering of CCD sensors over the CMOS sensor, isn't the 2000/M the last CCD camera fron Pentax?

Yes, for the K-mount. The K-x, K-7, K-r, K-5, K-01, and K-30 are all CMOS-based. Note that the 645D is CCD-based.

Well, I just called Pentax and they said that refurbished products, which are denoted by a red dot on the bottom of the box, have a 90-day warranty.

I just called Newegg and they said they'll contact Pentax to double-check the warranty duration.
