Is the Blue K-30 ever going to be sold as a kit with the 18-135? I was holding my breath, but am considering giving up on that idea.

Amazon dropped the price last week. I saw the blue one with regular kit lens at B&H yesterday for $829. This is funny as the blue body only is $849.95!

Current price on Amazon for black version, body-only is $772.63. How low can it go, so quickly after being introduced?? At this rate, is it reasonable to expect the price to be $650 by next spring?

Plan on buying either a k-5 or k-30,waiting until am back home from vacation early October.Leaning toward the k-5 but price could help with decision.Would like to buy from one of the stores that supports this site and get the two year extended warranty.Anybody know how long this warranty deal is going to last.

Such crazy dramatic price swings-- Amazon now lists black body only at $765. Seems like they dropped the price way down to $719 to clear out their inventory; now it's available at $765 from Emmy Photo (fulfilled by Amazon).

I said I'd buy it once the kit lowered to 750 but since it is dropping so fast, I might wait to see how low it will go... didn't expect these prices for another 3 months at least.
