The LR4 upgrade is also only 60 dollars, will I be able to upgrade to LR4 after buying LR3 this cheap? Cheaper than buying LR4 new for 140.

Thinking the same thing. I have LR 4.1 so no big deal for me, but if anyone has been on the fence about Lightroom that's too good to pass up.

According to B&H it is temporarily out of stock. I went in and put an order in, then trying to pay with paypal, the website hung up and didn't finish the transaction. Canceling the transaction, now shows it out of stock.......bah humbug!

So let me get this straight: I got a great deal because I was home early because my wife was taken to the ER. I guess this is the silver lining, but I'd rather that cloud had not appeared at all - especially since the ER visit will cost more than the LR4 at its native price

I don't think this OEM version is upgradable to LR4

Right now, on Adobe Labs website, you can download LR4 RC2 for free and usable until the end of October.

After using this RC, I'm seeing the differences between LR3 and LR4 warrant an upgrade to v4.
