I've often seen lens hoods referred to as sun shields/sun covers.

I'm pretty sure "sun shield" is lens hood.
The silver paint on the FA*s is prone to scratches/chipping.

Better to ask before you purchase, just in case.

It was a buy it now for like 750 and they took a best offer of 580... whoever bought it needs to clean it and sell it to me for the same price. LOL.
