You must go to the additional sellers page and go to the Amazon.com offering. They are out of stock but taking orders at that price. Nladt tome this happened the price didn't ladt long, but Amazon honored the sales.

Down to $314.95 as of 1/8/13

$399 now 1/18/13

Same here, but who would of knows that company with no name will stand behind it's pricing and Amazon would screw up like this.
From now on I will think twice before ordering something that is "out of stock" from them.

a few people have cancelled and just bought it from Adorama/B&H (while they still have stock) for a little more money, that's probably your best route if you want the camera, who knows how long you'll continue to wait. If you do a lot of lowlight shooting, the EP3 would be a step down, its sensor is pretty outdated by now.
