Edit....I just read the fine print....says this doesn't ship to Canada....but my order did go thru with a Canadian address. Odd...will see what happens.
I placed an order last week for the Q kit through ShopNBC - I had to use the American shipping address as the billing address and their Credit Investigations Department contacted me but left me a 1-800 number which wasn't accessible from Canada. After trying to email their Credit Department without success, I just cancelled the order. I replied to an email sent by the ShopNBC Customer Service explaining why I had cancelled the order, I received an email reply saying that not only ShopNBC does not ship to Canada (I knew that) but they also will not take any method of payment which do not originate from the USA. How is that for xenophobia?
The order cancellation became a blessing in disguise because I ended up saving nearly 50 bucks getting this kit from the Groupon offer. I just have to go down to Point Roberts, Washington to pick up the Q when it arrives.
