So are you saying that you bought the only one that was there? I just looked and it is not there. If so, this is hardly a "Price Watch" thread if you already bought the only one available........

Stan,
last I checked they were still listed as available at that price - about 1 hour ago.

And now they are gone......

Thanks PBandJ for the heads up on this one! I got mine for $61 from Amazon Warehouse and its in perfect shape (ok, one scratch that is insignificant) and us so much more useful for macro than my Dolica (which is lighter and more compact so it still has a place with outings and such).

It's a great tripod. Have you tried the column in horizontal mode yet?

When I first got mine, I took some pics of using it in the horizontal position in one of the flower beds - think I can find it now...?? Anyway, you just have to watch how heavy your camera/lens is and how far you extend in the lateral direction as it can become off balanced pretty quick - don't ask me how I know......The trick is to angle to legs out some more on the side you are hanging your camera to keep it stable. I just love this feature as I do most of my shooting on a tripod, and this lets you easily get that different point of view from the camera.

Looks interesting. Uses the RC plate too. Hmmm.

haha, I sold mine 2 days later to a camera store for a little profit, that I used to get the travel Sirui T005X I really like it, but I knew I'd never carry it anywhere. it was too huge!

Wow. Glad you turned a profit. I really like mine a lot. Of course I won't be taking it treking but it's making macro a lot easier.
