Cheaper here even with shipping. Surprisingly it is being sold by Adorama.

Under $300 is a very good price.

But I don't think the Pentax version is HSM, however. It's screw-drive AF.

The one I have is NOT HSM, and the forum threads I could find indicate that you are correct - no HSM for K-mount. The lens in the pictures on the Adorama site is Nikon-mount, I think.

It looks that way, but Adorama is sure claiming HSM in the description and you can see the HSM on the lens photo.
Still trying to decide if I really "need" this lens...

The picture shown is not Pentax mount. A user above says it is Nikon mount.
