Yep, they are good for calibrating your lens to the body if you send in both... and maybe they'll even do a full exchange if there really is something defective with the lens..

I'm kinda bummed since I saw a few posts on here saying that people recieved theirs...checked via live chat today and they did not have enough to fill my order so I'm getting a a k-01 with the 40mm instead so I guess it kinda worked out can't wait for it to get here....

Nah, I was ordering the K-01 anyway and just used the chat to check on this that I had ordered first as it had never updated past saying 'On Order" since last week....

Did anyone receive any order updates from Adorama? Even I was able to place an order to Adorama through Amazon while there was 1 left, mine was still reported backordered a few hours later. I really have to wonder if it will come back in stock...

Just when I was giving up on Adorama filling the order (1/31/13) tonight I got an e-mail that the Sigma 30 was being shipped! Yeah!
