I paid $399 for the Bower 24mm.

I had no idea that there were such margins on lenses.

From looking at the price history graph on Amazon for the Rokinon version I dont believe the margins are sustainable.

It was $799 last year when it came out then hit a low of $385.08 yesterday at 12:58PM then up to $599 at 9:50AM today.

Received my Bower 24mm F1.4 lens today!

For anyone sitting on the fence, I can assure you that it is an exceptionally high quality lens and the aperture has an automatic setting.

Wonderful, I haven't shot at f1.4 in years - what a world of difference - the future is so bright!! On a cold, dark, cloudy, and rainy day, I was able to shoot at 1/8000 sec at f1.4 (well ISO 400)! Could NEVER have done this without this sweet Bower lens.

Thank you Pentax Forum for telling me about this awesome lens deal! :-)
