Emmy Photo is a good vendor - the <$1K price has been met......

You can get free shipping without Prime also.

I actually bought mine April 30th from Emmy Photo on Amazon. I was bonking my head on the wall when I realized that Emmy Photos price + the warranty was equal to BH new rebated price + their warranty.

Plus I got prime shipping so not too snazzy.

But Adorama is still $996 (as long as you are gonna buy something else from them in the future, what are the odds

I managed to catch one of the elusive Emmy Photo deals while it was $999 and fulfilled by Amazon, so I got Prime shipping. Everything was kosher - US warranty, shutter count of 0, and all accessories included.

Can't wait for the weekend so I can start shooting with it for real!
