Those Sony cards are getting DUMPED onto the market. Other than they don't seem to be up to speed compared to many other Class 10 cards, I wonder what is going on with them?

Back on March 15 I purchased a pair of Sony 16GB 94mb/s SDHC cards for $18.95 ($9.47 each) with free shipping from B&H . BTW MacMall charges $53.99 each for the Sony 94mb/s SDHC cards.

I thought they claim it to be 40 M Bytes per sec. Reported write speed is much lower though. I just called MacMall and requested to cancel my order. I have several slow speed ones already!

I'm running one of the 94mb/s cards that i got cheap from Crutchfield when I had a few credits on there to burn, and it works fine.
In my K-5 It keeps up with my SanDisk Extreme which says 45mb/s on it when writing video or photo bursts.
The limiter may be the camera rather than the card.
No experience with these 40mb/s though.
