Lucky I already have the K 28mm f/2 I wouldn't be that tempted.

The Sigma 30/1.4 is one stop faster, autofocus, modern coatings, and a hundred bucks cheaper. No brainer!

Well, at least it is only 1/3 the price of a Zeiss. I have a Kiron 28/2 I'm pretty happy with, and that looks like a real bargain now, too.

The Sigma is not a wide angle and won't do film or FF, but it's price does look pretty good in comparison. I wonder if we won't see more and more price premiums on FF lenses.

Ex+, relatively rare, and reputably very good? I believe the price reflects those factors. As for comparison with Rokinon, Sigma, Kiron, or Zeiss...I guess would have to pay KEH to find out.

Agreed most Pentax-A primes, just are so well put together they feel right, Look right and have a beautiful artistic IQ, Id take this over any other fast 30ish lens hands down.

215g vs 680g. Unfortunately, I wouldn't think about it. But thanks.

Just curious, what price was it going for? The item has sold so there's no record. Might be nice to have this info for people (like me) that find this doing a search of the site.

Thanks in advance!
