wow, Does the Q kit includes 01 and 02? that´s not a common kit.

That K-01 price looks terrific. As usual we are paying more that that amount in Pounds in the UK - £527 (although based on current exchange rates the UK equivalent price should be £260).
The UK pricing is so skewed that it is cheaper to buy the body with the pancake lens than buy the body only.

I guess that's country dependent...when I acquired my Q, it was the 01+02-kit, or nothing, where I bought it

The k-01 seems tempting at this price, but I think I would rather get it with the 40mm.

Well, the two kit lenses with the K-01 certainly aren't exciting (to put it politely) so the 40mm can only be an improvement (do not know the XS40 but it can only be /much/ better than the kit lenses...and I hear it is similar to the 40mm ltd, which is great!)

The 40 is nicely sharp. It's noisy though.

I guess you mean audible noise when focusing, not image noise?

Just for clarity, are you talking about the XS or Ltd being noisy?
