Saw this on another deal site and they have Pentax version also

It looks to be 144 USD now. Btw this is the lesser of the versions of this lens Sigma makes.. and, apparently, very soft on the long end.

Probably better saving for the DAL 55-300mm instead.. at the very least a second hand copy..

I had the "better" version of the Sigma, and the 55-300 is much better than that. The Sigma got put on the shelf, where it somehow suffered an aperture-blade death. Image quality is about the same as a Pentax 50-200, but not quite as contrasty.
