Thanks! Just put in my order. Now I should have a tripod to use with my Velbon fluid head.

$20 better than the the deal posted yesterday.

Seems like nice tripod legs packed with features- like the ultra low minimum height.

You will need a ball head, and the tripod is a bit heavy.

I think I'm in for one!

Thanks for the heads up on this. It came today and seems like a really nice unit.

Any tips on choosing a ball head to mount a k30 on it?

Got mine yesterday. Had to also order an adapter to switch the 3/8 thread to 1/4 to work with my fluid head. Other than that seems like a great tripod!
