Well, if it true, the discount will pay for 'most' of the grip and I wont feel so peeved about them changing from the BG-4

Yes I just tried that code and it was rejected. Not that I can buy anything anyway as my car's brakes failed this morning and they're gonna cost about a grand to service.

It's in the webshop link provided by "sledger" above.

However, it does not appear to be the "Pentax" FLU Card and "may" repeat "MAY" not be compatible with the Pentax software.

Caveat Emptor.

I obviously missed it. However, Camera Warehouse has the same offer for $1,295 (inc). Their shipping is $25, as against $10 for CRK, and they have a 1% surcharge on credit cards other than Amex (2%). Still a good offer.

I wouldn't rank the free FLU unless it was the official Pentax FLU.
My trigger finger sure is itchy.. But I'll hang on a bit.
The silver painted version does nothing for the aesthetics imho, so it's black all the way for me

The question is whether or not the Pentax FLUcard has any hardware or firmware differences to the standard one. If not, it should be just a matter of downloading the app for your phone or tablet, and maybe adding some files to the card's root directory. We'll find out shortly.
