Absolutely. I would have liked to hold an upper management position because I would have honored every purchase and made a few heads roll for the abysmal customer service. I agree with you entirely that they have work to do to overcome that.
That aside, I stand by my previous post. In more candid terms, I despise hyperbole. Being less emotional and sensational and exercising even just a bit of logical thought would go a long ways around here.
