Wow - wish I could contemplate buying the K3 and 60-250 as well!

I'm the same with the camera body - really important to have warranty on that! Good on you.

I wanted a HD DA 40mm for my K-01 but I think I'm out of the race due to buying a Tamron 24-70 for my D800e. There's also an UAD2 plug-in I need to buy tomorrow b4 my discount coupon runs out so it looks like I miss out.

Sorry to hear that. If it's truly an Australian company you could actually demand the product for the advertised price. By law they are required to provide the product at the advertised price. Of course you'd probably have to take them to the small claims tribunal...

Sorry to hear about the Camera Paradise thing. Even though the 10% has expired, email CRK and see if they are willing to help a Pentax user out with a deal. They have been known to be accommodating sometimes. Everyone seems to be doing deals of one sort or another at the moment.
