Should be. It's CRK's own eBay store.

The do state in the ads they have some open box stuff and some with damaged packaging along with new stock.

I bought a "damaged box" Sigma 24-70mm from dcxpert last month... and the box was pretty much in pristine condition. It had some scuff marks but that's about it - no dents or anything else.

I purchased few Sigmas this way and all always was in brand new conditions , no any surcharges, delivery within 24hrs to Perth, very happy with service provided.
anyway , this new Sigma 8-16 with K-3 is absolutely awesome!
