I see orange and black bodies further down the page, for similar prices. The white one looks nicest to me though.

Ah, if I didn't get an Olympus TOUGH TG-820 last year for cheap, I would jump on this deal for that f/2.0 lens alone. I've found it very helpful to have a waterproof, drop-proof, crushproof camera on vacations and for my small children to use for fun.

I'm not sure what the latch issue was on the WG2, but the WG3 has a double latch systems and it works well for me.

if only it shoot files in RAW.

this would be a great alternative to a $300 "baggie" for my DSLR.
plus at 200, i'd much rather have the waterproofing fail on this then on my baggie and my 1500 DSLR

If only, if only if only. C'mon... it's a water-proof, shock-proof, cold-proof camera with an f/2.0 aperture at wide angle... for under $200.

I jumped on one. My WG-1 went missing a few days before a trip to Mexico, alas. Got the kit with extra battery and float strap for like $10 more. Hoping the IQ is improved from the earlier model, but not expecting too much.

Please let us know. I have an unused Olympus TG-820 that I could sell if the WG-3 is a big improvement over earlier models.

It's not a huge improvement, but the lens is better. Have you seen the review?

Got mine with all the goodies, and it seems nice. A little bigger than I expected, but decent IQ (compared to other P&S).
